Coaching skills online workshop
Coaching has long been used to develop clinical leaders and high-potential individuals by helping them to realise their true potential and unlocking their leadership capability.
Who is the programme for?
Clinical trainees and dentists with an interest in coaching and gaining the skills required to be an effective coach. This one-day programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to adopt a coaching approach with their colleagues and patients, with a view to improving patient care and developing colleague skills.
What is this online programme about?
This course will provide a coaching model and the basic toolkit for trainees to use in their conversations and give them the opportunity to apply the core skills of goal-setting, questioning and active listening which are the cornerstones of good coaching practice.
