Louise is a dual trained Emergency/Paediatric Emergency Medicine registrar in North London. She is a fierce advocate for flexible working and is dedicated to improving leadership opportunities for less than full time staff and those with caring responsibilities.
Louise has completed the Leaders Plus fellowship and sits on the RCEM Leadership Group. She has trained as an Action Learning Set facilitator and has co-designed and delivered leadership training days for junior doctors across Barts Heath NHS Trust over the last 2 years. She has completed the Leadership Through Education and Excellent Patient Care (LEEP) programme and plans to become a facilitator for this.
Louise has two young children and two dogs to keep her busy when she is not at work.
