Reason for applying for the scheme

Emma was redeployed during the pandemic which resulted in her managing a much bigger team and service. She is hoping to build on the leadership skills developed during this time and is ready to take on a new challenge. Emma's current role is as a clinician and service manager but she now feels the opportunity offered by the clinical fellowship will enable her to make more of a positive difference to a wider group of patients by being involved in regional projects.
