Becca is currently an ST3 in Gastroenterology in the Wessex deanery.
She is interested in patient safety, has been a lead investigator for serious incidents and is in the process of completing the accreditation to become a medical examiner. Her study into the impact of a clinical associate on the working life of junior doctors has been presented at board level and the RCP, leading to the introduction of further staff in this role. She cares about the culture of her work place and was a member of her trust's bullying and harassment steering group.
She is currently in her final year of a masters in medical education and is an avid advocate for junior doctors' training experience.
