A development programme for clinicians and finance staff working at Clinical Director level (or equivalent) and senior business partners in Wales.

The programme aims to:
• Forge a stronger partnership between finance and clinical communities within NHS Wales
• Develop a common culture, language and ambition for creating value in services
• Develop a mutual respect of the roles each member plays to combine for a powerful force for improvement in NHS Wales
