Colesco: The Clinician Collective

The programme supports a collective of 50 senior clinical leaders who will help build collaboration across primary and secondary care through engaging in shared leadership development experiences. The programme aims to:

• Increase self-awareness and understanding of personal impact on situations with strategies for improved effectiveness
• Enhance the leadership skills and qualities needed to lead teams through service transformation
• Increase collaboration and partnership working within and across services, as well as at systems level
