What was your motivation for applying for FMLM Fellowship?

Dr Singh wanted to demonstrate that dynamic emerging leaders from BAME backgrounds have an important role in medial leadership. 

What do you feel is the value of FMLM Fellowship?

Achieving Fellowship shows that leadership is a fundamental part of medicine rather than an optional extra.
