    • Invite you to complete a pre-coaching questionnaire to allow you time to reflect on what you wish to achieve from coaching.
    • Co-create your coaching plan to achieve your desired outcomes.
  2.  Establish a coaching agreement between ourselves which covers the business aspects of our relationship including number of sessions and cost, the outcomes you wish to achieve and how we work together.

  2. "June is an excellent coach supporting me to explore my leadership style and how I can become more effective in both running my GP practice and as a GP Clinical Lead.  I had never received any leadership training and lacked confidence in knowing how to be an effective leader.  June coached me for a number of sessions, each looked at specific areas focussing on how to become an effective leader which I felt were issues for me, she helped me think things through using various techniques and supported me in developing my personal development plan.  I now feel much more confident as a leader and confident to be myself and have fun both running my business and as a Clinical Lead.  I highly recommend June as a coach"  GP and Clinical Lead
  3. "June is an excellent coach with a great deal of experience from her professional work.  She has shifted my thinking from being focused on the immediate to thinking widely about what I want from life, which has been a stimulating and challenging journey.  Everyone should have the opportunity to spend time working on what they want from life including how they wish to be a leaders.  June has the skills and empathy to really help in that process.  I thoroughly recommend her coaching".  Catherine
  4. "I was at a time of change in my life and struggling to identify what I want to do next and how I could develop as a leader to achieve both my personal and professional goals.  June coached me for a number of sessions, each looked at specific areas that I felt were issues for me, she helped me think things through using various techniques.  I was able to identify ‘blockers’ which were stopping me making changes, she showed me how to deal with them and move forward.  Some of the sessions surprised me, they could be challenging but she helped me see easy ways to resolve issues that I thought were difficult.  I always left sessions feeling more positive. At the end of each session June provided feedback of our discussions, this was really helpful as I could reflect on our sessions and continue to work on activities and changes we agreed. I would highly recommitment June as a coach, the experience has had a hugely positive effect on me I feel more confident and able to make decisions about my future and how I  can achieve  both my professional and personal objectives".  Lynda
