Ganeshan graduated from Barts and The London (QMUL) in 2014, and completed his Foundation Training in the West Midlands. He currently works as a Surgical Trainee in the Thames Valley Deanery.
He has a strong interest in Medical Education as well as the key role effective leadership can have on the career paths of junior doctors. Having worked across a few specialties himself, Ganeshan wishes to champion junior doctors as leaders and drivers of change, and this has motivated his involvement as a mentor with the FMLM and joining the Management in Medicine Programme run by Green Templeton College in Oxford.
In the coming years, Ganeshan hopes to use his experience and enthusiasm to engage with trainees and promote the wonderful leadership and management opportunities available.
