Rammina is a GPST2 in Harrogate having previously worked as a Paediatric Registrar in Yorkshire. She is a member of the HEEYH Leadership Faculty which delivers leadership training to colleagues and is the Employer’s Lead for Yorkshire & Humber’s Trainee Executive Forum. She has been a BMA LNC Representative for over a decade and has much experience negotiating improvements to training and working conditions for colleagues.
Rammina has been a longstanding advocate for improving junior doctor leadership opportunities as well as junior doctor wellbeing. She strongly believes both are hugely interconnected. She is alumni of the HEEYH Future Leaders Programme where she worked as a Clinical Leadership Fellow in 2017 with Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust to develop their vision of supporting and empowering doctors in training.
She joined the FMLM Trainee Steering Group in January 2021 and hopes to work towards normalising and embedding clinical leadership into the routine daily work of clinicians.
She is a tired mum of one and doesn’t quite know how she has time for any of the above.
