Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare leadership? The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Trustees in both Lay and Clinical roles. Several positions are available as the current Board members complete their term at the end of 2024.

We are seeking to recruit:
- Lay Trustees: Individuals with experience in fields such as governance, membership services, finance, education, commercial, organisational development. An interest in the healthcare sector would be beneficial but direct experience of working in the sector is not required. Your diverse perspective will be crucial in guiding our growth and ensuring we remain innovative and impactful.
- Clinical Trustees: Healthcare professionals with leadership experience who understand the challenges and opportunities in healthcare. Your expertise will help us advance leadership and management standards within healthcare.
Trustee responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of FMLM, ensuring it aligns with our mission to improve patient care through excellence in leadership.
- Provide expert insights and advice on key governance and operational matters.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-professional Board committed to transforming healthcare leadership.

Mr Mark Spragg, (current Trustee) will Chair the interviews along with two other panel members. Professor Rich Withnall (Chief Executive Officer) will be in attendance.
