Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare leadership? The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) is seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals as LAY TRUSTEES to join our Board of Trustees. Several positions are available.

As a Trustee, you will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a forward-thinking organisation that supports, develops, and champions clinical leadership at every level. Your diverse perspective will be crucial in guiding our growth and ensuring we remain innovative and impactful.
We are seeking:
- Five Trustees in total.
- To appoint one Lay Trustee with strong financial expertise and an accountancy qualification
- To appoint one Lay Trustee who can present the patient voice with authority.
- Three individuals with strong, demonstratable experience in fields such as corporate governance, membership services, commercial, organisational development.
- Applicants who have experience from outside of the NHS.
Trustee responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of FMLM, ensuring it aligns with our mission to improve patient care through excellence in leadership.
- Provide expert insights and advice on key governance and operational matters.
- Collaborate with a dynamic, multi-professional Board committed to transforming healthcare leadership.
