We are seeking talented individuals, passionate about good clinical leadership, to help direct the Faculty.

Treasurer

FMLM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of medical leadership while ensuring the organisation’s financial sustainability and good governance.

We are looking for an individual with strong financial acumen and qualifications, strategic thinking, and a passion for improving leadership in healthcare. As Treasurer, you will oversee FMLM’s finances, contribute to board discussions, and help drive our mission forward.

Lay Trustees

We are also seeking Lay Trustees to represent the broader public interest in FMLM’s mission. 

They will off independent views to help ensure the charity operates transparently and offer insights from outside the sector to enhance decision-making.

We are seeking:

• Five Trustees in total.
• To appoint one Lay Trustee with strong financial expertise and an accountancy qualification
• To appoint one Lay Trustee who can present the patient voice with authority.
• Three individuals with strong, demonstratable experience in fields such as corporate governance, membership services, commercial, organisational development.
• Applicants who have experience from outside of the NHS.
