FMLM publishes Annual Report 2023/24

The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) is delighted to announce the publication of our Annual Report for 2023/24. This comprehensive report reflects on our key achievements over the past few years, the challenges we have faced, and the progress we’ve made in advancing clinical leadership and management across the healthcare sector.

In this report you will find highlights of our initiatives including support for healthcare leaders at every stage of their career and the impact of our collective efforts on improving clinical leadership. 

This year’s report is different from previous years, covering 15 months instead of 12, from January 2023 to March 2024, to bring FMLM in line with NHS financial reporting cycles. It lays out the rationale for some of the changes we have made and work we’ve undertaken; from developing innovative resources and delivering leadership development programmes that drive meaningful change. 

The report also sets out our strategic priorities for the coming years as we remain committed to empowering clinical professionals with the skills, knowledge and support needed to lead effectively.
